About the role:

Reporting into the Group Manager, Brand Strategy & Planning, you will be responsible for managing key marketing relationships with Victoria’s major events industry and leading in delivering the best in class marketing programs, aimed at increasing visitors to the state of Victoria.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leading the development of destination marketing strategies with key stakeholders for major events and providing input into associated planning activities.
  • Project managing the delivery of destination marketing programs with all major events.
  • Collaborating with the internal Major Events team to develop and analyse contractual marketing benefits through major event contracts, to ensure maximum and appropriate exposure of Melbourne and Victoria.
  • Working in partnership with other areas of the business to ensure the successful delivery of contractual benefits whilst also achieving maximum outcomes for Visit Victoria.
  • Representing Visit Victoria’s Destination Marketing team on marketing committees and ensuring the delivery of marketing partnership opportunities to ensure maximum and appropriate exposure of Melbourne and Victoria as a destination.
  • Actively monitoring the performance of marketing tactics and marketing partnership programs and providing campaign analysis that delivers insights and improve ROI.
  • Preparing campaign and communication briefs, reports, Ministerial briefs and correspondence and representing Visit Victoria at events, meetings and functions.
  • Managing the development and implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Managing two direct reports.

This role may involve out of hours work including evening or weekend work, as well as occasional overnight travel.

About the role:

We offer an exciting opportunity to lead the administration team at our Wheelers Hill Campus, commencing in January 2023.  The Office Manager is integral to the efficient daily operation of the school.  You will be responsible for the delivery of a highly functioning administrative team offering exceptional customer service.

Duties

  • Management of the administration team
  • Scheduling and allocating general office workload
  • Provide support to Deputy Head of Campus
  • Maintain accurate & up to date database records
  • Preparation and distribution of communication across school community
  • Maintain and oversee school calendar
  • Support Parent & Friends activities
  • Organisation of parent teacher interviews and other events
  • Records archiving
  • Relief Reception as required
  • Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within educational or professional environment
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Employment Working With Children Check
